Becoming a certified supplier is not guaranteed, and only those who meet and maintain our high standards will be considered.

Minimum Qualification Criteria

To be considered for certification, suppliers must meet the following non-negotiable baseline standards:

Location & Origin Integrity

• Farm and/or processing operations must be based in Sri Lanka.

• All raw materials must be 100% grown, harvested, and processed in Sri Lanka—we do not accept blended or imported sources under any circumstances.

Farming Practices

• Adherence to good agricultural practices (GAP) is required.

• Preference is given to suppliers using organic, regenerative, and sustainable methods.

• Chemical and input transparency is mandatory; use of prohibited or unverified substances is grounds for disqualification.

Processing & Facility Standards

• Facilities must demonstrate clean, traceable, and food-safe operations.

• Documentation of hygiene protocols, batch-level traceability, and material handling is required.

• Facilities will be subject to periodic review or audit in line with our internal compliance framework.

Important: Certification Is Selective

Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee approval. Every application is carefully reviewed by our Sri Lanka– and USA–based team. We reserve certification for suppliers who not only meet technical requirements, but also demonstrate:

• A culture of continuous improvement

• The ability to respond to global buyer expectations and evolving compliance demands
